Installation Guidelines
- Welding Preparation:
- Clean and bevel pipe ends
- Maintain 260±5°C welding temperature
- Allow 2 minutes cooling per mm thickness
- Threaded Connections:
- Apply PTFE tape (15-20 wraps)
- Hand-tighten plus 1-1.5 turns with wrench
- Maximum torque: 35Nm (DN50 size)
- Quality Control:
- Visual inspection of weld beads
- Pressure test at 1.5x working pressure
- Check for proper alignment
